Review Time
As a long-time customer, I have come to depend on the service for a top-notch online shopping experience, featuring a wide range of products, precise descriptions, prompt shipping, and helpful customer support. Recently, I bought a paddle that matched the description (lightweight, maneuverable, gritty surface, powerful, etc.), but I discovered its sweet spot was far too small, necessitating a return. I was disheartened to learn that I would incur return shipping fees, which I believe reflects a policy change inconsistent with other online retailers.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The company should have sent a replacement by now. They keep wasting my time and haven't even provided any form of refund or discount for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering from them again.
This is the second time I have ordered a paddle. I had to return the first one. It was so simple to return and I got my credit to my caed quickly. I then ordered another one and it came fast. I'm keeping this one but knowing I could give it a 30 day trial was the reason I bought through Pickleball Central. Thanks for the great return policy.
