I went in yesterday because I needed new hiking boots. A man named Antoine helped my find them and despite my relatively big shoe size of 49 we still found a pair that fit and looked good pretty quickly so that I could leave earlier than anticipated

On the website it says “easy return”, and in the FAQs (in German) it states that a return shipping label is provided for a flat fee of €4.99. I ordered ski boots that did not fit. I had to cover the return shipping costs entirely myself, which amounted to an unbelievable €24. Contrary to what is claimed on the website, no return label is provided and customers have to bear the full cost themselves. I cannot recommend ordering online from this shop.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Speck-Sports. My order is shipped with missing item, and despite the inconvenience being entirely on their side, the issue was not handled professionally. I asked for a compensation, but my request was refused without any real explanation.The communication felt dismissive, and the overall handling of the situation made me lose trust in their service. I was expecting responsibility and proper customer care, but unfortunately, that did not happen.Based on this experience, I would not order from this store again.
I ordered a snowboard and a helmet to Bulgaria: amazing prices - big sale, super fast delivery, frequently email updates, tracking number for my packages (came in two packs/ same day) - exact products! I am super happy and glad I didn’t trust the negative reviews (don’t understand why?!) THANK YOU Speck Sports - I saved huge and have the coolest new Salomon Snowboard and Rossignol helmet!
Failed to deliver to the UK (filled out customs declaration wrong). Poor communication (nothing of substance received in relation to questions posed). Refusing to refund until they receive the ski boots back from DPD (even though they know they're coming and that it is due to their own fault). Do not buy from them
