I believe there are serious issues with this service. After canceling my monthly subscription, I was charged twice in just a couple of minutes for another membership that spans three months. I feel misled and would advise others to be cautious. I reached out to the support team but have yet to receive a response regarding my inquiries. The last communication mentioned some technical difficulties with processing refunds. Since then, I've heard nothing. I consider this service unreliable unless I receive my money back soon. I cancelled the subscription, and the support team confirmed the cancellation via email. However, despite this confirmation, I was billed multiple times throughout November. This morning, I received a notification that my card had been charged, even after receiving confirmation by email and on a review platform that my subscription was indeed cancelled. This situation feels like fraud.
I really enjoy the stories I see on social media, but the subscription model is quite confusing. There’s no dedicated app, which adds to the confusion regarding how many stories I can access. It appears that for $10, I can only view 10 stories each month, which doesn’t make much sense. If there were a clear explanation of the benefits for the price, this could be very popular. Additionally, the questionnaire leading to the sign-up page is overly complicated. I’m not interested in what I need or want; I simply want to watch the stories.
If these narratives were included in educational curricula, the learning experience would be much more engaging. We are living in a world shaped by our ancestors' struggles, yet many take it all for granted without any appreciation or emotion.
