Bad Pu and mistrust the customer

I have used epoxi and polyuretan weekly all my life. I used epodex clear PU and it became gray. I have had contact five times but they refused to accept my claim, to send me a new product.

Very poor service

Very disappointed with service from Epodex. Placed order on 15th Sept and still no delivery on 19th. Not the 1-3 delivery days they state and confirmed from TNT.Customer services do not respond to emails and their phone line is closed at 12.30 (though it should be open to 16.30)So, no way to get an update. Look elsewhere if you want these products as I have no idea when my goods will arrive.

Bought a paint with brush effect

Bought a paint with brush effect. But the final result was awful nothing like advertised. Was so disappointed. Then i contacted customer service about the issue. And received response from Vladimir Abramov which instead of finding a solution and helping us he accused us claiming that there can not be a fault with their item when crearly was one. Im so pissed wasted £100 on paint which turned out a nightmare. Be aware and dont trust the pictures on their website.
