The epoxy is top cant no complain , My delivery was 2 weeks late , I emailed quick response , customs have delayed it , seems a lot of people had same problem , not the company’s fault I suppose, Although I don’t go much on the delivery company you get no notifications , if you miss a delivery you can’t even find it on fed ex app to tell them to leave it somewhere .
Have ordered the PU varnish polyurethane for exterior & interior floors & walls twice from Epodex. We can't find a product in the UK that compares both in quality and price (and that's with shipping from Germany). Shipping was a little slow the first time but 2nd time was exceptionally fast. Also Epodex reply readily to email communications - which is refreshing!
30.11.25 Update - The bathroom is now complete and I am really happy with the result. My first experience with Microcement so it took a bit of practice to get it right. Veryu pleased. I would definitely recommend EPODEX. I also found the ChatBox very useful for quick answers I needed.Update: Finally delivered. I will be starting on the project this weekend. Will update the review at some point regarding the product itself. To be fair on Epodex, got a 10.9% back as compensation though I would have preferred the earlier delivery.So far not good experience with EPODEX. The UK provided number is never answered. Can only communicate by email. Order placed on the 22/09/25, still waiting for delivery. Project delayed
