Originally it wasn't too good. But this company has regained themselves. There's a guy taking care of a piece of my roof that was coming off. So they have totally won me over. I'm impressed that they're doing this. This is true customer service. Thank you so much. Gensun.

Compared with estimates from 2 other companies, Gen Sun was THOUSANDS less. In addition to the pricing, the customer service was just best of the best. Written and clear estimate, everything explained in detail, texts messages before the day of service explaining everything that was going to happen and when, and a guide on how to prepare my home. If all of that wasn’t enough, Gen Sun is a very generous company that truly supports its community. Will be recommending them to all of my clients going forward.
Details! Details Details! From the moment I spoke with Coach Jim all the way thru the end of the project, I was informed of everything step by step. His assistant Lynn is amazing and I am so glad I went with this company. The crew arrived in time, was very professional, didn’t try to upcharge. Everything is so detailed from the quote to the pictures of the boards they replaced to certificate at the end. You will not regret using this company. Very reasonably priced and worry free from start to finish!
GenSun Roofing is the most professional and customer-friendly roofing contractor you can hire. They do not use pressure sales tactics. My husband and I selected them at our own pace. After choosing GenSun, the representatives informed us of what to expect every step of the way until the roofing job was completed. After the work was finished, the crew did a great clean-up job.
