Stated their system was acting up and my password was locked and I have to make a new account.
I was in the middle of waiting a week for them to confirm everything, then on the phone for 35 minutes just to confirm what they and myself said at the start, I typed in my password and their system messed it up, but because I'm new, I have to set up everything yet again, complete waste of time and patience. The fact I have to give one star to these useless clowns instead a flaming bag of dog shit that represents them as a whole, service and etiquette.
Service fees should reflect actual service, but this company appears to lack both. For months, I have been unable to access a business account I created. When I reach out to their support team, they claim to be working on the issue, but it seems beyond their ability to resolve.
Customer support? Nonexistent. Over the past year, the company quietly eliminated the option to reach them via email. Even when that option existed, responses were lacking. Now, the only ways to contact them are by fax or mail. But will they respond? Absolutely not. Sure, you can call them, but you won't receive anything in writing. For that, you need to file a formal complaint with their Ombudsman. I can't imagine the chaos they will create in the banking sector if they merge with another entity.
I've been using their services for about a year and I'm quite impressed. From app support to phone calls, they are responsive and friendly. I ordered food through a delivery app, and while the delivery was timely and everything else was fine, my main item was missing. I reached out for help and after a delay, I was guided to the right contact. However, the initial response was frustrating. After multiple attempts, I filed a chargeback for the undelivered item, and to my surprise, I was refunded quickly. I appreciate the company for standing by its clients against larger merchants.
I regret trying to open a business account. The process is taking too long. I've submitted all requested documents and have been waiting since before the holidays. Currently, I've been on hold for over 25 minutes and still counting.
This experience was so distressing it almost made me cry. While abroad, my account got locked. I’ve been trying to reach customer service since Wednesday, and I'm still stuck without any resolution. I've provided all necessary identification, but their security team won't budge. I called from the number linked to my account. Please, consider a more modern bank.
