The order was sent out wrong and I gained a 5ltr of cleaning fluid and an extra 1lt of gummy drops as they said keep the wrong order - they immediately sent the right order and were very apologetic to which I said “these things happen”Very good comms and customer service ! Fully recommend
Great product, terrible packaging. Container had ruptured during transit so lost quite a lot of the liquid, and the box was soaked through and damaged. A bit of bubble wrapping would have alleviated the issue, first time this has happened.
