The customer service is extremely poor. When I asked for clarification, the staff responded in a harsh and disrespectful manner. The way customers are treated is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place and advise others to avoid it.

I would put a 0 star if I could, absolute disgusting con artists, do not trust these people, I’m in a contract I cannot get out of, and have completed most of the courses myself without them via apprenticeship/ 3rd party and yet they still won’t allow me to leave the contract and take £200 a month off of me, I’m currently with ElecTraining and even they say that ERR is a dirty finance company that only try to take money from vulnerable student's, they owe me thousands of pounds and I’m still looking into taking the to court, I have had serious issues medically and they do not care, they still do not acknowledge these issues and continue to take my money without permission, AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I have attended all lvl2 electrical weekends and now 3 weeks at lvl3, at 3 different centers baildson, Southampton and Wolverhampton and every time have been a good experience, all the teachers have put so much effort into getting each student prepared for exams/practical! I think some students underestimate the need to study at home, and get frustrated. I have another week coming up, and look forward to going back.
