I’ve had several applications of demi-permanent color from the service. During the process, I received plenty of guidance and personalized adjustments to ensure everything was just right - and it truly is. I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the product.
I’ve been using eSalon for over a year. I was quite happy with their semipermanent formula and delivery. Then this year: 1) delivery times were the date of expected shipment + 21 days - incredibly annoying as once they put my address wrong and a second time the package was returned to sender without ever reaching my door, 2) their permanent color burnt my scalp from minute one - ammonia was used in the formulation without consultation or even letting you know there would be ammonia, and 3) they never got my desired color despite providing pictures of my hair, pictures of the desired color and whatnot. I guess it’s ok if you don’t really care what color you get and you don’t want to cover greys.
I rang E Salons.ie after 4 yrars.Updated my profile and spoke with the specialist in colour dept.Very helpful.I got my dye 8 days later and i love it.I would recommend to anyone that uses box hair dye at home.You will have that Salon look without spending money you cant afford.
