I had a huge issue with them at first but they corrected my request although after several emails and calls back and forth. They did good by me.

I don't trust them

I called to purchase a sampling of the product Freedom Plus. They would not live up to the offer made in their direct mail piece. It turns out the mailing was very misleading. That, coupled with their pressure to up-sell was not appreciated. I don't trust companies that act this way.P.S. I just received a copy of my bill that included a $4.95 “Logistics Surcharge”???

To tell you truth, these are on the same level as depends, over priced for what it is, I believe in giving a real review. I don’t recommend them at all.
