I ordered on the 3rd of December, and now it's the 6th with no sign of my order. I paid for next day delivery, but it hasn't come. They haven’t given me a tracking number, and my emails for updates have been ignored. The website chat service is also unresponsive. I certainly cannot recommend this service. I feel very let down and financially impacted. A complete waste of time and money.
The products are great and delivery is efficient, but I'm somewhat dissatisfied. This is the second time I've not received the promised free items. I recently spent over £130 and was supposed to get 3 x 5g Mojo, but only received 1 x 5g. Mistakes can happen, but this feels misleading. I’m very upset about it. My order confirmation mentioned 3 x 5g, yet I only got 1. Reaching out for help is pointless as they never respond. It’s unfortunate because I do like their products. Lesson learned.

First, they claim to ship from the U.S., but I suspect they are based overseas in France.
