From start to finish Arran at EBJ was an absolute gent and a true professional. I came to him with an idea for an engagement ring, he walked me through all the dos and donts and helped make the necessary changes. No question was too silly (there were a lot of them) and he even hand delivered the ring.The ring is absolutely beautiful and surpassed my expectations - My Fiance is in love! Needless to say I will 100% be back for some wedding rings in the near future :)
Essex Bespoke Jewellery have made me a beautiful full band diamond eternity ring. I knew the design that I wanted but I was very specific on the overall size that was needed! I sent all the info across of what I was after and they absolutely made it come to life! The communication with Arran throughout the process was excellent and the end result is just stunning, perfect 🤩 I would highly recommend them and use again in the future! I had my wedding ring resized and cleaned and I could not be happier with the outcome. This is such a special ring and Adam was super professional, efficient and friendly, he kept me updated throughout the process. He personally returned the ring to my house with complimentary cleaning of mine and my partners ring and a little gift, a polish cloth. Would use Essex Bespoke Jewellery every time again, thank you!
Absolutely outstanding jewellers!! I stumbled across EBJ by chance and thank my lucky stars I did, after looking at run of the mill pendants made on mass with disappointing reviews I wondered whether there were any bespoke services that I could work with to create something from scratch. As soon as I made the initial enquiry, Arran contacted me shortly after and was so open and understanding of what I was trying to achieve that I instantly knew I wanted to work with him, after realising what I wanted would’ve been out of my extremely modest budget, I said I would go away to consider my options and not once was there a pushy chaser or hard sale, instead he suggested alternatives and even recommended somewhere I would get a good price for selling some items I had decided to part with to fund the project. Once I decided I wanted to go ahead it was important to me that some sentimental jewellery no longer worn would be refined and used in the pendant, which was no problem. Then came the design, and what started as an initial pendant for my daughters become a bespoke designed piece that I had drawn by hand, and Arrans advice suggestions and knowledge of size and finishing touches was second to none. I trusted him completely. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished piece and cannot wait to work with him again in the future. I can’t recommend them enough, honestly it has been the most incredible experience. Thank you Arran!!!!
I wanted to buy a new wedding ring but didn't know exactly what I wanted. I found some that I quite liked at Tiffany and Cartier but none of them really jumped out as 'being the one'. Also, the thought of traipsing around jewellery stores filled me with dread.I then spoke to Adam at Essex Bespoke Jewellery and wow, I'm so glad I did. I gave him the basic brief of what I thought I wanted but it was far from exact and instead I left the creative part down to him. Not long after our conversation he produced a 3D render of a platinum wedding band set with diamonds but quite subtle and classy and not over the top like some that I'd seen.The moment I saw the images I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Over the following week or so we discussed the grade of diamonds (colour and clarity etc) to be used and also to ensure the right fit Adam provided me with some professional ring sizers (better than my silly thin ones from Amazon) all of which then gave me the confidence to place my order.During the process of the ring being made, diamonds being set and polishing etc Adam provided me with photos at each stage which certainly helped to build the excitement of receiving my new ring but also the knowledge that it was being made just for me.This week Adam personally delivered the ring to me at home and I am so impressed with the finished result - I can't stop looking at it! I think the service that Essex Bespoke Jewellery offer is fantastic and a great way to buy jewellery to ensure you get exactly what you want without all the stress, hassle and leg work of going to high street jewellers.
Could not recommend these guys enough! Arran gave the best customer service and created the most beautiful bespoke wedding rings for us both. And the price was so reasonable for the service too! He also resized my engagement ring after the original manufacturer said it couldn’t be done - so was so chuffed with that! Would give 10 stars if we could!!!! Thanks so much Arran
