Delivery is really slow, they don't say the thickness of pendant chains on the website, I had to privately email them to find out, and they are avoiding my questions regarding delivery
Horribly overpriced cheap chain. Wasn’t as good as the pictures. Impossible to get it to sit as shown in the pictures. Not worth the money. Lesson learnt. Only plus it was a quick delivery. The chains from other sites are a third of the price and better quality even if they do ship from China. I’ll return this and update as process proceeds.
Ordered a few rings for my partner, one was perfect but the other one wasn't quite right for various reasons. The customer service was above and beyond, I could not recommend them more highly. I have bought a few pieces from their collection now and everything is fantastic quality, it's clear that the company cares deeply about their products and their customers. The chains I received, both bracelet and chain were 'weighty' and masculine. There is nothing cheap about the TP products, trust and believe, I am a very 'picky' buyer. Keep it up TP! Buy gemstones for birthdays, for example tigers eye for Leo and send your friends / family the gift of happiness and love.
