Samba was the translator for Doctor Ali raza, they both were excellent, explained the procedure. Samba and Hajar were always at hand and responded to every call and message.The Estherian staff were amazing and very caring.The Estherian hospital nurses were caring.
The surgical results have far exceeded my expectations and this is only after 8 days following my surgery. I came with no previous knowledge of Istanbul or the language, but their team has translators, Specifically Samba he was very helpful with bridging my lack of speaking Turkish. I already am almost pain free with no bruising, in spite of a multiple procedure that lasted approximately 5 hours Thank you for keeping me safe through such a long surgery, which other clinics had previously turned me down because of my advanced age. Yet, upon arriving the hospital did current blood work, EKG, and ultrasound performed by a cardiologist and not a technician. They also performed a chest x ray before starting my surgery. The BHT hospital is as modern and nice as the majority of hospitals we have back in the states. In short, this experience well exceeded my expectations!Thank you Dr.Mehmet Yildiran
I went to get hair transplant, and almost died. Being a doctor myself at United States, I found their procedures to be completely non sterile, and unsafe and refused to do the procedure. The representatives they have, will try to lure you into the trap. They are so nice that it’s almost unreal, they will check on you every hour 24/7. Once your refuse the procedure, they try to play the guilt game. I ended up getting stem cell therapy. Procedure was complicated by abdominal dysfiguring and infection for which I required antibiotics. They made me sign the waiver after the procedure which basically stated that one of the complications is death and I waive them off this responsibility. I am still alive with less hair, which I am very thankful for. Please be very careful with any transplant clinic especially this one overseas.
I am incredibly angry and disappointed with my experience at this clinic. They promised a smooth process, quality aftercare, and a comfortable hotel stay—but what I received was the complete opposite.The hotel I was placed in was dirty, unpleasant, and the staff were unhelpful. When I requested to be moved, I was dismissed and told I was “being silly.” I had to insist repeatedly before they finally agreed to relocate me.My consultation with the surgeon lasted barely five minutes. I felt that he wasn’t listening to me at all. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on a stem cell treatment, and when I explained I didn’t have any additional funds, they even attempted to take me to a cash machine—something I found extremely uncomfortable. The next day they tried to change my treatment plan and suggested a tummy tuck, which made the experience even more unsettling, especially as I was alone.After the surgery, things became even worse. I was left alone for hours in the hospital, crying and without any support. I ended up having to pay for an extra night in the hospital, and then I was sent back to the hotel completely unprepared and unsure of what to do next. I had eight drains in, but no one changed my dressings for days. I eventually had to demand to be taken back to the hospital for proper aftercare. Overall, it was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life.Now, months later, I’m left with a visibly deformed stomach. A UK surgeon has told me that the liposuction appears to have been done incorrectly, leaving behind a noticeable lump of fat. When I contacted the clinic, they initially told me it was “normal” and that I should wait a year. After refusing to accept that, they finally agreed to “fix” it—but expect me to pay the hospital fees, flights, and hotel costs myself. I’m now facing a £5,000 bill in the UK to correct the issue.Based on my experience, I strongly advise you to stay away from this clinic. The lack of care, professionalism, and proper aftercare has caused me enormous stress, both emotionally and financially.

The medical records I received from Estherian Clinic do not pertain to my surgery. Only one of the procedures performed is listed. The other is completely omitted. The description only covers one procedure and is also not entirely accurate. The stated reason for the surgery is false. The entire surgery should be documented, not just part of it. I reported the errors twice to my medical consultant, Alex. He read my messages and never responded. This means the errors in the medical records are intentional! Dr.Cengizhan Ekizceli performed a procedure on me that he never obtained my consent for, was never discussed with me, and was poorly performed. This likely indicates the clinic's attempt to conceal this by issuing me false medical records and refusing to send me photos from the operating room. I repeatedly asked Alex and the clinic to send me photos from the operating table. Besides ignorance, all I received were absurd excuses like lack of time and forgetfulness! The experience at the clinic was like a scene from a horror movie: they sedated me and performed a procedure I never wanted and the effects of which are terrible! They tried to convince me that I consented to the procedure, but at the same time, they didn't include any mention of the procedure in my medical records, and they won't let me see any photos from the operating table. And if I had agreed to the procedure, they wouldn't have had to hide my photos and falsify medical records, right?I don't recommend this deceitful clinic with a dangerous doctor at its helm.Edit 17.08.2025:Dear Gigi, I'm very sorry I trusted your doctor and clinic.If you claim you had my written consent, please show it to me. I want to see it. I photographed all the documents you gave me to sign and I can't find my consent except for the consent for a forehead reduction. I also don't recall any conversation or explanation of the procedure that doctor performed on me additionally. If you claim I consented to the procedure, why is there no mention of this procedure in the medical records you gave me? Why, according to the documents I only have a forehead reduction and nothing else? Why is the reason for the surgery false? Why was half my face changed without my consent?When will I see the photos from the operating table? Is your "forgetful" media manager still too "busy" to send them to me? Do you also deny other patients access to their operating table photos? Or do you only do this when the photos show that what you wrote in the documentation doesn't match the photos?I've already contacted Alex many times regarding everything I wrote in the review, and the only things I've gotten are ridiculous excuses or being totally ignored. So now your response to my review is just a PR stunt.Edit 01.09.2025:I wrote directly to Gigi so she could "transparently" explain the "misunderstanding." Translation: so she could lie and come up with more absurd excuses. Previously, when I asked for photos, they asked for patience because of the busy, forgetful social media manager. Now they're claiming that sending me photos is illegal under Turkish law. I verified this absurd excuse with a Turkish lawyer, and it turns out that Gigi is clearly lying, and there's no such law in Turkey. As a patient, I have the right to access all medical records, including all photos taken during the surgery. Gigi claims (lies) that they don't have to describe the entire surgery in the medical records. It's enough to list forehead reduction. The fact that half the face was operated on is irrelevant. According to the Turkish lawyer, and logically, all procedures should have been described, not just one. Alex previously claimed that I had consented to an additional procedure and should have paid extra for it. But when I asked Gigi to show me the consent document, they suddenly claimed that only one procedure was performed. Lies, lies, and more lies, violating patients' rights and breaking Turkish law—that's all Estheian Clinic is capable of.
Really good Value for Money. I am happy to recommend that people go to Estherian clinic for their dental work. I sent my wife and then went with her a year and a bit later myself. They were very organised all the way with the free luxury hotels and the limo travel! I was pleased to take them up on the guided tour around Istanbul as well. Also big up to their long suffering customer service team who had to do a LOT of work organising us, very professional, patient and polite. Also quality work. Would definitely recommend people go to estherian from the UK!
Massive thankyou to Dr Cengizhan and his wonderful team from the beginning until the end of my breast implant procedure as I could have not asked for a more perfect team who were so helpful and dedicated to give me exactly what I wanted during the whole stay.The staff were so kind and caring and this surgeon is a miracle worker I can’t put into words how talented he is and the incredible work he has done for me aswell as how happy he made me.Also a thankyou to Omer and Zamba for being with me and helping through everything.Highly recommend this whole clinic and team , Tash xx
