Unforgettable Experience with Dr. Ersin Gonullu – 360 Lipo, BBL and Breast Implant Replacement I can

Unforgettable Experience with Dr. Ersin Gonullu – 360 Lipo, BBL and Breast Implant Replacement
I can confidently say that having cosmetic surgery with Dr. Ersin Gonullu was one of the best decisions of my life. I had 360 liposuction, a BBL, and breast implant replacement, and the results are absolutely stunning, far beyond anything I could have hoped for.
From the very first consultation, Dr. Gonullu made me feel seen, heard, and understood. His expertise, professionalism, and eye for aesthetics are unmatched. He truly takes the time to understand your goals and tailors every detail of the surgery to ensure a flawless result. I am in love with my new body – natural, sculpted, and beautifully balanced.
The hospital was immaculate, modern, and felt incredibly safe. Every nurse, technician, and team member was attentive, kind, and professional. The care I received was top-tier from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to Aleyna, the amazing nurse at the hotel. She was a total angel. Her warmth, compassion, and attentiveness made my recovery smooth and stress-free. She checked on me constantly and made sure I was always comfortable, cared for, and feeling my best.
The hotel itself was luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly set up for recovery. I felt pampered every step of the way.
The coordinators were incredible, especially Safak! so organized, responsive, and genuinely caring. They made the entire process effortless, from travel arrangements to pre-op preparation to post-op support. They were always just a message away and made me feel completely supported the entire time.
And I can’t forget the photography crew. They were not only professional but also super fun and uplifting. They captured my transformation in such a beautiful and empowering way. It made the whole journey feel even more special.
If you're considering cosmetic surgery, Dr. Ersin Gonullu and his team are the absolute gold standard. I would recommend them a thousand times over. This has been a life-changing experience and I am forever grateful.

Dr Ersin at clinic wise

Dr Ersin Gonullu and Clinic Wise.I had very asymmetrical breasts and, after time and 45kg weight loss, they were severely sagging. I’d wanted breast augmentation pretty much from the moment I got boobs at 14 years old (I’m now 37).
I had a consultation in the UK and was quoted £12k for the breast lift and implants I needed. This was significantly out of my means, so I began researching surgery in Turkey. Prices were around 5k. I discovered Dr Ersin while doing endless hours of research into clinics and surgeons. What caught my eye were his natural results when it came to breast surgery—nothing over-enhanced or over-lifted.Being an experienced veterinary nurse, I have some transferable knowledge of surgical protocols, anaesthesia, nursing, and clinic standards. Because of this, I felt I had a slight advantage when it came to spotting “red flags” while choosing a clinic or surgeon. Some clinics are very polished and have excellent marketing but lack transparency around the things that really matter.I think it’s very important to do your own thorough research before committing to anything and to be cautious about being drawn in by glitzy marketing. AI can be helpful in providing guidance here. Having surgery and a general anaesthetic is a very big deal—especially when having surgery abroad—and it shouldn’t be glamorised in any way. It’s not a holiday or a whimsical week away. It’s surgery, and it should be taken seriously.Once I reached out to Clinic Wise, I was contacted by a coordinator, Osman. I asked him many questions about the surgeon and hospital and requested proof of certifications and credentials, all of which he was happy to provide. From that point on, Osman guided me through the entire process. He was always kind, eager to help, and completely competent.I’m a bit of a control freak and found it slightly uneasy at times not holding the reins, but Osman reassured me that all I needed to focus on was the surgery and recovery. He was absolutely right—everything was handled by the team of coordinators. I was basically a passenger princess throughout 💁‍♀️.I arrived late the night before surgery due to a delayed flight, getting to the hospital around 10:30pm. I was still met by a coordinator who assisted me with blood tests and an X-ray. I was impressed that this all went ahead so late. Once everything was done, she came back with me to the hotel, checked me in, took me to my room, and then the next morning I was met by another coordinator who held my hand through the admission process. This time can feel quite overwhelming—there’s a lot of intimidating paperwork to complete—but I was given time and space to do it properly. Then I met Dr Ersin, who measured me and discussed my desired results. Let’s be honest—we all want big, juicy boobs—but Dr Ersin managed my expectations and said, “Bigger implants, bigger problems.” I already have enough problems in my life (lol), so I asked him to do what he felt was best for my body and healing once in surgery, as that’s what matters most.As far as I’m aware, the anaesthesia went well and I woke up smoothly. A huge and very special thank you to the unsung heroes in all of this—the anaesthetists. At the end of the day, they’re the ones who keep you asleep and then bring you back out alive.Recovery was the hardest part for me. I was sore (to be expected), scared, and found it difficult being out of control. The nursing methods are different from what I’m used to in the UK, and there’s also the language barrier. However, I had my own comfortable private room with a fold-out bed for my companion, the nurses were kind and attentive, and there was always a coordinator present to help and translate. The next day, I moved to recover at the hotel, which was great—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. There was no need to leave the hotel unless you wanted to, though there’s a shopping mall nearby, a café, and a delicious fish restaurant across the road if you’re feeling up to it.Nurses visited three times a day to check everything, help with dressings, provide additional pain relief, assist with showering—whatever was needed. They acted quickly and attentively. One even helped me wash my clothes 🥹. They were all so lovely, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. This is one area where the level of care far exceeds what you’d typically receive in the UK.The results: I’m now five days post-op, and most importantly, my wounds are healing beautifully. I have minimal bruising, no signs of infection or wound breakdown, and full, lifted, symmetrical breasts. There’s still a lot of swelling, and I know I won’t see the final results for a month or more, but I’m very pleased so far. Thank you you again to everyone at Clinic Wise(There’s also a very cute cat that hangs in the cafe FYI)

Appalling support, nursing care and pain management!

Excellent start with a great welcome. Impressed with the first stages and Dr Ersin was excellent. All my fears were a laid. However, I have no memory of the operating theatre facilities or for knowing that Dr Ersin was there to do my surgery as the anesthetic procedure started in the hospital room beforehand. This was highly disconcerting! After Dr Ersin's post operative follow up the next day everything went down hill. The nursing care deteriorated on the ward and I was kept in so much pain and nausea [vomiting is terrifying after abdominoplasty] and could hardly walk. I wasn't ready to be discharged back to the hotel's nursing care as I felt so very poorly, but was persuaded with the promise of better care. This was a joke. The transfer was awful with the use of broken wheelchair and having to request steps as it was not an ambulance taxi, but a high vehicle that I could not climb into [same at the other end too]. The nurse gave me a pile of medication with no written instructions [very unsafe], and again my pain was very poorly managed. I was pressing the call buzzer at 2am on several occasions because I was in so much pain and could not sleep and they offered NSAIDs and Antihistamines! Argh! I was exhausted and distressed, felt trapped in the room because I could not mobilise well enough to get anywhere. The nurses don't come on duty till 9am, so you are left in agony. They drip feed you painkillers and sleep aids and you literally have to beg for them. Very unacceptable. Many of the clinicwise nursing staff were all noise and no knowledge! "It's normal Baby!" is their catch phrase. One nurse peeled the surgical support tape off her arms and applied it directly to my surgical wound - a major infection risk! I was horrified! My husband thinks the nurses must be pocketing the strong painkillers and sleeping meds and keeping patients like in agony because several times I was told I'd been given the stronger painkiller by the next nurse when I hadn't, so I went through the bin to show the nurse what I'd actually been given! There was only one good nurse there - EDA- a brilliant, kind, knowledgeable and patient nurse who listened, properly assessed and addressed my concerns. She actually called the doctor for advise about my pain, bruising and swelling. At long last someone actually took action. It only took four days of pleading and absolute misery! I booked an extra day due to flight schedule and was glad I did as I just wasn't well enough to travel. The Discharge procedure is equally appalling and the nurse arrived at 9.30am same time as my airport transfer to do my dressings and prepare me for discharge despite me giving them advanced notice of this! I was not given enough supplies of anything to safely manage afterwards - neither oral/topical medications or dressings or nappies for my leaking drain sites. I was given 2 days of pain control only! There was no discharge papers to help me follow instructions or written aftercare advise. I went straight to my GP on getting home who sorted me out properly with good pain management etc. Absolutely appalling after surgery client support management from Clinicwise team. I've been home 7 days, pain free and mobilising independently thanks to my GP. I last heard from Clinicwise 6 days ago - so much for their aftercare promise! Whilst I would recommend Dr Ersin and Nurse Eda and the welcome team, but everything else was a let down with my care. I have submitted a lengthy complaint, detailing the positive and negative feedback and some suggestions. In the meantime, I wouldn't recommend Clinicwise until they sort out these issues. A very unpleasant experience.

GREAT!!!!

I had a really great experience overall. I arrived the day before surgery and went straight to pre-op testing. Everything was very organized and efficient, and after a few hours I was done and able to go to dinner with my husband. The next morning I was picked up at 5:45 am for surgery. From the start, everything felt professional and well coordinated. I met with Dr. Ersin, who was kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted before making his markings. When I woke up, I wasn’t in much pain, mostly just sore. The nurses were incredibly attentive throughout my hospital stay. Once I moved to the hotel, the nurses came to check on me three to four times a day to make sure I was comfortable and recovering well.On my last day, the nurse came by to make sure everything looked good and helped me get dressed for my flight. Overall, it was a really positive experience, especially considering I was there alone most of the time. The care and attention I received truly made me feel supported and taken care of.

Breakdown of experience as a whole

I got TT, BA, 360 lipo and skinny BBL. It was months of research but ultimately I decided to go with Dr Ersin because of the package as a whole. I traveled alone so the support and aftercare was going to be as important as the surgeon choice. The booking process was seamless, my coordinator Osman was helpful, patient, kind, respectful and friendly. All of these characteristics have continued right up until I write this review. Anything I’ve asked before booking, whilst in turkey and for the 8 weeks post op once home has been answered straight away. The comfort and peace of mind that he has afforded me has been over and above anything that I expected. I booked/ paid deposit. After this, all pre op, post op, surgical procedure data sheets and consent forms were issued to me same day. I was told that this was so that I had time to read through it, ask questions I may have and I would be issued same forms printed out when I arrived in Turkey to sign. I thought this was helpful and I didn’t feel bombarded with paperwork on arrival. Arrived in Turkey, Everything was exactly how it was laid out to me. Day of op, I was nervous. Dr Ersin could see that and he just took over, he explained the procedures and what his opinion would be ( implant size, profile, position) and that’s exactly what I had researched/ planned to ask. He then said minimal fat transfer for skinny BBL so that hip dips filled in and volume replaced back into the bum ( I had lost weight and my bum was flat) and again, this is what I wanted as I didn’t want to look like I’ve had that done. So, in the end I had no questions or feedback because he covered everything, that put me at ease and left me in no doubt that we both were on same page in terms of “natural outcome”. Op went well, hospital was clean and tidy, staff were attentive, friendly and professional. That first night after op, a coordinator slept on the sofa beside my bed. After that, every 8 hours a new coordinator came to my room, introduced themselves, gave me their WhatsApp and explained that they would be in the hospital and anything at all I needed, send a text and they would be right there to assist. I went to the hotel to recover. The nurses visited me 3x a day to do checks. I was also told that 24/7, text and a member of Dr Ersins team would be with me straight away. The comfort that this provided me is unmeasurable. The nurses were fab, they helped me wash, changed my dressing, washed my compressions and really couldn’t have done any more for me. Pakize ( nurse) gave me my a wonderful LDM and really put me at ease when she was helping me get changed/ washed daily. The cleaner brought me lots of water every day. At no point during my hospital stay, my stay in hotel or back home have I been in any pain. I’ve been uncomfortable, felt restricted but never in any pain. That could be down to good meds. I got sent home with all my compression garments ( and a spare faja), meds, dressings, creams, anti b’s,, everything required.I’m home, doing well and I’ve had no issues. My scars are healing well and unbelievably thin, I’m back to “ normal” apart from restrictions that I’ve to follow ( no lifting anything heavy). But, I have struggled mentally and i think that’s partly due to how well I’ve recovered. I feel great, I can do everything as before but when I looked in the mirror ( especially week 4), that’s not what I seen. I seen swelling, wonky boobs ( because they were settling and not wonky now) and that just messed with my head. At one point I was freaking out to Dr Ersins team on WhatsApp ( because as I’ve said, they’re available 24/7 and really do answer every cry for help) and I needed reassurance from them. It takes 6 months for results to fully show, right now I’m delighted with how its going but aware im still in healing stage, i will report back when fully healed. I look like me, but better.Advice I have is: once home, don’t scrimp on the post op LDM, first woman I had wasn’t great and the second woman has made all the difference. The second is knowledgeable and put my mind at ease/ give advice. She said my scars are the best that she’s ever seen. Second bit of advise: PLEASE be careful, if you’re reading this and have a quote £2k cheaper elsewhere, weigh up that saving. We've all seen the horror story's. Third bit of advise: don’t buy anything as Dr Ersins covers everything required, I took a large suitcase with everything possible and needed none of it. Everybody’s “check list” for a surgeon will be different. Mine was European board certified, natural results, good aftercare, support once home, ICU capacity hospital and Dr’s communication and I achieved that. I don’t want to post my before/after pictures with this review but Dr Ersin and his team have my number if you want me to clarify anything from a patient’s perspective.  *this is to detail my experience only, do your own research

Tummy tuck and 360 liposuction

As I prepare to fly home to the UK tomorrow after having a tummy tuck procedure and 360 liposuction, I cannot praise Dr Ersin and his wonderful team for the care I have received whilst I have been here. The results are amazing and surpassed my expectations. The aftercare nurses who took care of me at the recovery hotel have been so caring and gentle. It had been an absolutely amazing experience. Thank you all so much!

A very professional team

I was recommended Clinic Wise by a dear friend for a hair transplantation procedure and I don't for a second regret making the choice to go for it with them. I was really surprised by how welcoming and fine-tuned the whole process was. The team was extremely professional, respectful and I was taken a good care of. Clinic Wise provided me with an amazing English-speaking assistant who was available 24/7 and overall, was very kind and sweet. This made the whole procedure (which by the way felt much less stressful than I anticipated) much easier. I will definitely be recommending Clinic Wise to my friends.

Dr Ersin

Dr. Ersin Gonullu is an excellent doctor with incredible skill and attention to detail. His results speak for themselves, and his compassion and professionalism make the whole experience amazing. After a botched liposuction that left me with uneven skin and irregular contours, I truly lost hope that I could ever look or feel “normal” again. Then I found Dr. Ersin Gonullu, MD — and everything changed. From the very first moment I met him, I felt his genuine care, warmth, and confidence. He took the time to understand not just what went wrong, but how deeply it had affected me. During my revision surgery, he didn’t just correct someone else’s mistakes — he restored my body and my confidence. His entire team has been incredible from start to finish. A special thank you to Osman, the coordinator — he’s been 100% supportive, kind, and responsive every step of the way.To anyone who’s heartbroken after a bad experience — please don’t give up. You’re in the safest, most talented hands with Dr. Ersin Gonullu. He gave me back my confidence, and I’ll be forever grateful. 💛

Went to Dr Ersin Gonullu for a tummy…

Went to Dr Ersin Gonullu for a tummy tuck (FDL) lipo and safe BBL. Everything was brilliant from start to finish. One thing I would love to mention is his aftercare team absolutely brilliant especially his two nurses that looked after me at the hotel after my operation. Without them two my recovery would have been a lot harder, they was so warm welcoming and helpful nothing was ever to much so thank you ladies Nurse Aleyna and Nurse Eda. They are honestly brilliant at there job. Nearly four weeks post op and feeling brilliant and happy with results
