I am really happy with their treatment and heir plantation. I am enjoying their hospitality and take care in every where. Their advice for heir plantation was honestly, respectfully and professional. They make me happy so far. I want to say them - I am thankful for everything they did to me.
I had a great experience from beginning to end! Rquia was very kind and helpful she answered all my questions on whatsapp and was very patient with me made me feel very comfortable with going ahead with the forehead reduction surgery, she is THE BEST medical consultant. After arrival, Samba the translator was very helpful with everything at the clinic blood tests, etc… he helped with everything. And finally my experience with Dr Cengizhan Ekizceli, he was such a great doctor and i had the most natural, amazing forehead reduction with eyebrow lift results ever. He suggests what suits your face and also listens to what you want and gives you his honest opinion. Overall, my experience was a 10/10.
From the moment I decided I wanted to do something about my teeth. Did I contact Estherian Dental Clinic . I got in touch with the medical consultant Kenan from Estherian Dental Clinic.From the beginning he informed me well he answered all my questions and could ask him questions at any time and they were answered quickly. I decided to fly to Istanbul with a good feeling. There we were picked up by a private driver who took us to the hotel arranged by Kenan. The next day I was informed what time we would be picked up, again by a private driver. In the clinic I was well received and clearly told what would happen. Sonja guided me very well. The next day the operation would take place. Teeth were extracted and 12 implants were placed. With medication and explanations we were taken back to the hotel. The next day we returned for a check-up. The following day Kenan offered us a nice city tour with a private driver followed by another x-ray in the clinic. The next day we were taken to the airport. Im so glad that i choose this company Estherian Clinic, i got them just through Facebook advertised. Private hospital, 5 stars Hotel, VIP cars with all great staffs.i went there by my self. being alone it is not easy and never been in Turkey before it was my first time. but because of their guidance and their encouragment i got an excellent confidently trusted with them in all procedures. Done my nose, eyeled, teeth, and breast.and i am so happy with all the results that i wanted to be. Once again thank you so much to my Medical Consultant Mr. Hassen, my personal translator Mr. Samba and Miss Fatima, to my friendly doctor who did my surgery Dr. Cengizhan Ekinzceli, and the Nurse Miss Sennur, and to all staffs who done my tooth, to all drivers and Hotel staffs thank you so much!
I can honestly say that I was extremely nervous before this trip. Sheyma was my medical consultant for this hair transplant procedure. Her mellow tone and calming words just made everything okay. For the duration of the trip, she also became my eyes, ears, emotional support, educator on life and culture in Istanbul, and trusted advisor. It felt like I brung a lil piece of home with me. She made sure that Everything was well planned, organized and on schedule. Being that I traveled alone, she came to the clinic the day of the procedure, we had lunch and she also held my hand through the procedure. The procedure went smooth from start to finish. She was my Angel on this journey and I highly recommend Sheyma, She is the Best!
It was my 2nd visit back to Turkey and Esterian. Got to be honest and say the 1st visit was much more pleasant. This time not so. Felt the personal care i received the 1st time around was just missing. Was it because they are situated in a bigger facility and that personal care has been lost some. There was confusion from the start over the balance even thou i had sent my flight times and duration to the team months in advance and reconfirmed days before i landed. My lunch after surgery was badly timed and cold so was missed. Trying to get a glass of water during surgery was needed to be asked twice from the staff. I should of taken some in i guess but everything happens at once when your there. Just the small things i felt was lacking from this team. On a positive note the facility is professional looking and clean. Hopefully the team will take these notes on board for future clients to Turkey.
Amazing experience with my forehead and browlift surgery with doctor Cengizhan. He did a great job, the scar is perfectly along the hairline. They took great care of me afterwards too. Thanks to Roquia for being a great translator and always there to answer my needs. I highly recommend this clinic!
I had a wonderful experience with dr Cengizhan , he was amazing I did my nose surgery , my eyes and dimples and all went great thanks to Alex who kept following up with me he is very kind person , thanks to Meriem the beautiful girl who has a great attitude with patient she treats me as member of family , thanks to samba he is very polite and supportive all the team is great they kept following up with me since I did my surgery I felt very good after that ❤️🙏🏻 I highly recommend this clinic , it’s the right place for change .
