After year using car insurance November 2022 Ethias make uninformed price update. And I requested to cancel November 2023. After cancellation which i have to get back some money however they did not paid and they claimed all. When I asked about they said ''The creditnote balance cancels the domiciliation of november and december.''Stay away from this Insurance company
After trying to report an accident for 3 hours, everything failed, internet cant put in country or insurance companiy, make an appointment: you get offered a time slot 4 days ago, LOL, calling the help line, no answer, I actually made an effort to look for reviews and stumbled across this page... rating of 1.4 hahaha, no surprise.how can this company still be in business?edit 29/02/2024after an initial 1-star review, i have to correct myself. after the initial hickups, the process went smooth. it's not finished, yet, but i'm quite happy with ethias's performance
Flat tyre near Siena , Italy, on a friday afternoon, after 27 hours and many calls and promises they would call back to me they told me that the towering would be on monday morning by ACI and that no car was available to hire for 3 days,I had a taxi to shop for 20 minutes and survive. I called on other assistance that organised the towering with ACI in 1 hour. Terrible service and lying telling aĺl the time "we call you back with a solution", but you have to call them all time for nothing. No excuses!!
