Saw a post on Facebook about Eureka and loved the concept and their values around health and sustainability. Decided to give it a go and order some for our Labradoodles, and wow! We pair this 50/50 with food from another Australian company similar to Eureka, with similar ethos and values. Worth every cent - our two know their food (read a bit fussy) and are now so excited to get fed. They love it and it's always gone in a flash (and they check each other's bowls just in case the other left something...no chance!). Thank you, Eureka team - as you say on your website, there are less expensive dog foods, but for our family, we really value the health of our two doggos as they are part of our family - but we don't want that to cost the earth by supporting poor or unethical food production practices.
There are a lot of things I like about this dog food and most of them are mentioned on the website. One huge difference is that my staff x lab hardly sheds with this. He’s been on it 5 months now and the lack of hair covering everything is worth it for me. It is an expensive diet but I’m happy to pay for quality and am lucky to be able to do so. I can definitely say my dog eats the food with enthusiasm (he was a little picky when I first got him and he’s not a guzzler). The ordering is easy and quick. They also have some great treats and I have specially reordered their goats horns which come just dried and not cleaned out. I’d really like to be able to add them to my order every month! I’m a loyal customer because I can see the difference in my dog, I’m supporting Aussie made and owned and the removal of feral species without the environmental impact.
