This fountain wouldn't work for my household so I responded to the confirmation email saying I wanted to use the happiness guarantee. Andrea replied back asking why it wouldn't work. I sent a reply back and she replied again telling me my refund is being processed. I would order from this company again as the customer service is great and the product is good quality.
I bought a stainless steel cat fountain costing $35.43. It started rusting within the first 24 hrs. of use.
I sent two different messages to the company but no response. I also clicked the return button, but it didn't work
I would like to return it for a refund.
Because we have a poodle with a demanding, thick coat, we have tested many dog clippers over the years. This time I ordered the Oneisall DTJ001 Dog Clipper for Thick Coat, and I was initially a bit skeptical because of the affordable price and the option to change blades.
I was very pleasantly surprised – it cuts like a laser. The interchangeable blades and attachments work perfectly, and most importantly, the dog is calm and comfortable during grooming.
I would also like to praise the customer support, especially Andrea, for the fast and helpful response.

Within a short time I did receive an email from Andrea. She refunded back the 20% discount quickly and easily (from my perspective). I also received an email that my product had already shipped. That's the kind of service that will bring me back as a customer and inspire me to recommend the company to my friends. I couldn't be happier with Andrea's customer service.
