Stay away from purchasing used cars or vans in the place its a dumping ground for any bit of scrap they can sell in Northern Ireland and a free for all to dump stuff.
Purchased 3 vehicles.
Not one made it home the first one engine went while still in Euro Auctions yard.
The second one blow up and way to Dublin .
Third nealry went on fire .
What a joke and all sold to us on line running driving perfect.

Do your self a favour stay well away unless buying new stuff in the place as everything else has a story to tell.

This review concerns the Dormagen branch. My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, and the lot descriptions were inadequate, among other issues. I find it difficult to understand how the management of Euro Auctions permits the team at the Dormagen branch to operate in a manner that, in my view, negatively affects the company’s overall reputation. When referring to poor customer service, I am specifically describing my interaction with a staff member named Jonathan. This experience contrasts sharply with the Euro Auctions branch in Leeds, England, where I have consistently found the staff and overall service to be excellent. If I were responsible for operations at the Dormagen location, I believe significant management changes would be necessary to improve performance.I would recommend that customers consider visiting other Euro Auctions branches instead of this one.

Signed up for a sale

Signed up for a sale, was asked for a deposit of £1000, which I paid, went to bid asked for deposit again, which I paid, after £2k deposit still wouldn’t let me bid. Emailed them explaining what had happened, received no reply or answer about what had happened. Few days later money put back on card. Poor service

Good Company to do Business with

Good Company to deal with. We have dealt here for 30 years buying and selling equipment and never had any issues that couldn't be sorted in a phone call.

Defective goods

They were selling "brand new" "electric bicycles". Unfortunately the one I bought was dead ! They were to supply details of where the batteries could be purchased but haven't. The electric bike has turned into a heavy push bike!
