This shipping company allowed their employees to steal my expensive case of tequila, put me through months of gaslighting, asking for more documents, and finally telling me they wouldnt make it right. Wouldnt even refund the postage. Absolute garbage company.
A parcel containing clothes and important medication was supposed to be delivered from Sweden to Germany in September, but the delivery completely failed. After contacting support, I was asked to provide a German phone number — which I did immediately. I was told the German courier (DPD) would deliver it the following day. Despite daily contact with Špela Pamela Š. (customer service representative), the parcel was never delivered and five working days later it was sent back to the sender in Sweden. No clear explanation was ever provided.
DPD later confirmed that no delivery attempts had been made after the first day and that they had not received updated information from Eurosender. The address was correct and confirmed multiple times. Nevertheless, Eurosender shifted responsibility entirely to the courier and refused a refund, stating that once the returned parcel was picked up in Sweden, a refund was no longer possible.
Because I could no longer trust them to resolve the issue, I arranged and paid for express redelivery with another provider myself (UPS), which worked perfectly without any complications.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Eurosender for important or time-sensitive shipments. There were many apologies, but no accountability, no guidance, no answers and no practical solution.

My experience with Eurosender was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
My shipment was not properly tracked, and throughout the process I received incorrect information about the delivery status multiple times. On four separate occasions, I was given wrong or misleading updates regarding where my suitcases were and what would happen next.
The issue was not resolved through their assistance. I had to seek clarification repeatedly, and the support provided was neither proactive nor reliable. For a service handling personal belongings, this level of inaccuracy and lack of effective coordination is unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

The next day, the courier didn't arrive until 5:37 PM.
