IBKSport is excellent

My experience with my salesperson Rosi at IBKSport, was excellent. I live in Hawaii, and wanted to purchase an Orbea Wild H20, Bumblebee Yellow, emtb. I searched online and found that IBK had the bike I wanted in stock, and they had a better price than anyone in the USA. In the US, ebikes are big business right now, and buying one is like buying a car. You have to deal with high pressure salespeople, with questionable honesty.I never felt pressured by Rosi or anyone at IBK. So I purchased the bike from Rosi for a very good price, but now the logistics of the shipping had to be worked out, and that proved impossible. UPS quoted a price of $600 USD, but when I was ready to book the shipment and pay, their price went up to $4800 USD. I had to accept the fact that it was going to be impossible to ship the bike from Spain to Hawaii, for a reasonable price. Spain is 12 hours ahead of Hawaii, so with a heavy heart I sent an email to Rosi and the manager at IBKSport, explaining the results of my shipping investigation, and requesting that they cancel my order and refund my purchase price. I was hoping that there would not be a problem getting the refund. The next morning when I got up, there was an email from Rosi and IBK stating that my money had been refunded. I was impressed with their integrity.I would encourage anyone looking to buy a new bike, to seriously consider IBKSport, because they are honest, patient, and have very competitive prices. Rosi was excellent.

They were very good on communications…

They were very good on communications for the purchase & shipping. When FedEx damaged the bike box, not so much. I asked for what was in the box to know what might be missing. Don't think the ever replied. I called a stateside Orbea dealer & they were able to provide the information.
