I am writing this to expose the systematic malpractice and gross negligence of Warner Music UK. My order (#113300000074208SF_EU) has been pending for 6 MONTHS, but the delay is the least of the problems.
> * ADMITTED FRAUD: Warner staff admitted in writing to providing FRAUDULENT tracking numbers to mislead me about the status of my shipment. This is a clear case of consumer deception.
> * BREACH OF CONTRACT: They have failed to deliver the goods or provide a valid resolution within the legal timeframe established by Consumer Protection Laws.
> * OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: As soon as I started escalating the case, they BLOCKED my account access to prevent me from seeing my order history and gathering evidence.
> * EXECUTIVE NEGLIGENCE: High-level executives like Jeff Lee (AVP) and Rob Hitt have been informed multiple times and have chosen to remain silent, ignoring their legal responsibilities.
> It is shameful that a company of this size treats @twentyonepilots fans this way. I demand my items (Vinyls) and the promised compensation (VIP access) immediately. I will be taking this evidence to Citizens Advice and formal legal channels in the UK if this is not resolved TODAY.
> STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE."

I wanted to cancel my order, because I accidentially ordered the item twice. I had already payed. I immediately received an answer to my request from a very friendly staff member.
