Good company

Usually all good, my latest order was lost by Chronopost and the company make some pressure on them to find or reimburse my los/stolen goods. Good company but sadly insists on using La Poste/Chronopost in France, the worse delivery service in the world. Package eventually received, they were willing to send me another if Chronopost failed to deliver

Have ordered from eurosupps multiple times over a few year period. Shipping and customer service is usually first rate. But my last three consignments have shown a decline in this regard. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my last purchase and tracking has not moved from the Netherlands in that entire time with no response at all from customer service. Simply not good enough.
