Monat is scam artists. They have you create an account with them then authorize orders, charge you, then tell you you can’t be refunded. I’ve been waiting on a refund for almost a year, was promised one since I didn’t place and approve an order, then never got the products, was told to wait and I would be refunded, I waited and now they tell me because I can’t return the items I never got I can’t be refunded.
I’ve been using these products for two years and really appreciate their clinical line for hair thickening (the serum, shampoo, and conditioner). While it can be slightly drying, I received a complimentary hair mask which helps a lot. Additionally, I live in an area where package theft is common. After ordering my hair care on Black Friday, I was devastated to find my package stolen from my porch. However, a representative from customer service assisted me through live chat and arranged a one-time replacement at no cost. I’ve never felt so pleased and genuinely impressed with a company's response. This has deepened my appreciation for the service even more!
Please done use this! I’ve just had 3 massive hairbrush of hair fill out and about 2 inches lost on the length of the front of my hair. It’s been very traumatic I’m not sure when this will recover but please don’t be tempted to buy. I really hope whoever reads this listens to me don’t buy it. I’m distraught and had a panic attack when I couldn’t stop the hair falling out. My hair is everything to me and I was just trying to make it thicker and this has gone horribly wrong. If I have to go through this then at least I can try help other not buy it
My hair experienced nothing but improvements from the first wash I had with Monat shampoo and conditioners. Their rejuvabeads and the oil, antifrizz lotion, body wash, and beyond! Absolutely love all of their hair care products and the body wash was just an added perk! I’ll never go back to store hair care products again. I have been using Monat for around five years now. I can still remember my very first blowout after my very first wash and how absolutely stunned I was at the difference.
