Very disappointing service i would give 0 if i could

I had a very poor experience with this company.I paid for an “E Visa Express” service as i need my visa urgently for Umrah (hotel and flight already paid) In reality, I was later told to handle everything myself with the embassy, which completely defeats the purpose of the service I paid for. I tried contacting the embassy multiple times: no response, no appointment system, no support at all.Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I spoke to a representative who introduced herself as “Rose” (not sure if that was her real name). She was unpleasant, offered no solution, and eventually hung up the phone on me. After that, my attempts to call back were ignored.When a paid service neither provides coordination nor support and then refuses a refund, that is simply unacceptable. If you expect real assistance or professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
