As this was my first time in applying for a visa I had no knowledge of the processes or the requirements necessary. I was able to start my application, save and finalise later (as I had booked a holiday tour - I did not have exact addresses - so was able to submit 1 address and the rest 'unknown at this time' within my application- the tour company notified that the hotel location may change.) With my application completed and submitted, I received my approved Visa within 2 days. A very efficient system and am now assured that there will be no issues with entering Vietnam - a relief - as I have already pre-booked the holiday tour - with a no refund policy.
