The customer support of visit app is extremely bad and does not really addresses the customer issue. They do everything not to pay the amount. Does not provide proper rejection clarification. Their support center with extremely long hold time does not work. When I request to speak to someone, no one contacted and they just closed the claims rejecting it. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!
I strongly recommend steering clear of this service. I mistakenly used them to apply for a travel authorization and ended up paying a fee significantly higher than the official government rate. The site intentionally misleads users into thinking they are on an official platform, while in fact, it operates as a private intermediary that charges excessive fees for a simple application. To make matters worse, even after completing the payment, I never received any travel authorization or confirmation. I reached out to their support team, but I have yet to receive a resolution or a refund. This business model relies on deceiving users, overcharging them, and offering no genuine benefit. It seems that many others have fallen into the same trap. Save your money and only apply through official government channels.
I utilized a platform to apply for a tourist visa for New Zealand (NZeTA) and encountered a very frustrating situation. The primary issue was the lack of pricing transparency. Throughout the application and payment process, the total cost was not clearly communicated. I believed I was paying the standard amount related to the NZeTA, only to find my card charged a significantly higher amount (much more than I anticipated). I did not agree to pay that total knowingly. Upon noticing the charge, I immediately requested a refund. I reached out to the support team several times, clearly stating my desire for a full refund and expressing that I would not pay any additional “fee” (it was suggested that there might be an extra USD 35 fee). In my opinion, charging an extra fee to process a refund after misleading pricing is unacceptable. I also had serious doubts about whether this service would actually deliver the visa. Due to the unclear communication and my overall experience, I felt uneasy about my application being processed correctly through official channels. To safeguard myself, I informed my card provider and blocked my cards as a precaution. Even after taking these steps, and despite the platform claiming to offer 24/7 service, I did not receive a proper response, and the expected refund did not arrive. The absence of genuine support or resolution strongly indicates that this service is not reliable.

The fee charged was 190 USD, while the actual cost is only 117 NZD. They are unwilling to cancel my application, despite me reaching out just two minutes after receiving the confirmation email. They respond to my messages even during the night in the local time zone, but continue to insist they cannot cancel and that I agreed to their terms. Nowhere on the site is it stated that they would impose an additional charge of around 100 USD, which feels fraudulent and unethical!
This company is fraudulent as many others have noted. I regret falling for it in a moment of panic. I did not receive the Canadian e-visa for which I paid US$120. They offered to refund only US$49.50, and I'm skeptical it would even be processed. When I sought further clarification, the so-called '24/7 support line' stopped responding. Avoid this service at all costs. I've initiated a chargeback through my bank.

My experience mirrors that of others. The website is confusing, claiming they completed the work when I already had a visa, making it impossible to obtain another. They refused to issue a refund. DO NOT USE!!! Their response is nonsensical, as they did nothing—it's a complete scam.
