Frustrating Experience with Surveys

The company is returning to conduct another survey. They are sending the same person who previously missed important details. This will be the third survey, as one was already conducted by another team member. I am left in the cold without a timeline for the work. The lengthy travel time for the plumber adds to the frustration. I hope that when the work is finally done, it will be handled by professionals who can read a plan.
