Review Time
As a professional in digital advertising, I cannot endorse this service. The traffic quality is alarmingly low, with high levels of bots and fraud, making it nearly impossible for legitimate advertisers to achieve a positive return on investment. What is more troubling is the complete lack of transparency and integrity from the company. If you look at the 5-star reviews here, you'll find one from a "Bryan McDonald." A quick search on LinkedIn shows that he is actually the Compliance Director at this company. I have reported this review to the platform as a potential fake or conflict of interest. When someone responsible for "Compliance" is found impersonating a customer to boost their own company’s rating, it speaks volumes about their ethics. If they are willing to mislead the public about their reputation, consider what they might be doing with your advertising budget. Invest your resources in a network where both the traffic and honesty are genuine.
As a professional in the digital advertising industry, I cannot recommend ExoClick. The traffic quality is notoriously poor, with bot and fraud levels that make achieving a positive ROI nearly impossible for legitimate advertisers. Most concerning is the company’s total lack of transparency and integrity. If you scroll through the 5-star reviews on this platform, you will find a glowing recommendation from a "Bryan McDonald." A simple search on LinkedIn reveals that Bryan McDonald is actually the Compliance Director at ExoClick.I have already officially reported this review to Trustpilot as a fake/conflict of interest. When the person in charge of "Compliance" is caught posing as a customer to inflate his own company’s rating, it tells you everything you need to know about their ethics. If they are willing to deceive the public about their reputation, imagine what they are doing with your advertising budget. Spend your money on a network where the traffic—and the honesty—are real.
When you made money and payment day arrived they close your account. And I read all bad comments about this company. their reason always same. low traffic quality. I don't understand. If traffic quality is low then don't count this clicks. You have a website that's open to the whole world, but they're saying the site owner needs to block bot traffic and so on. That's quite absurd. If there's bot traffic in your site traffic and you can detect it on payment day, I suppose you could do that every day, every moment, right? In other words, if you don't show ads to bot traffic, everything will be fine. I sense malicious intent in what you're doing.
Exoclick's payment options are limited to niche options for publishers based in the United States. I withdrew $168 from my account via AVAX coin and have been unable to get my funds out of the Avalance blockchain. The entire process has been extremely convoluted and unecessarily confusing. Why can't I take my money out through PayPal? How about a wire transfer? Their customer support is nothing special and could not resolve this issue.I don't recommend. I've lost money using exoclick and don't want others to lose their hard earned money either. Beware.
Why does ExoClick let you waste days creating campaigns, doing full setup, and even show “account verified,” then the moment you transfer money they shut the account down with no explanation? What’s the point? Either verify me from the start or reject me from the start. Don’t let people invest time, build campaigns, send money, then suddenly close everything with zero clarification. If you don’t want to accept a client, just say it upfront so we can go to another ad network. There are plenty ready for new buyers like TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, PrerollsAds, JuicyAds and many more. ExoClick needs to fix this broken system because right now it feels like a complete waste of time.
This is is not right. If the account was not verified, then why was the payment taken and why was the campaign allowed to be created? Without payment, the campaign in the account is either approved or rejected—this isn’t even clear. And by the time you try to fix it, you close the account altogether.
I opened an account with ExoClick, made a deposit, and tried to launch a campaign using a smartlink via direct click through LosPollos. Everything seemed fine at first, but suddenly my account was closed without any clear explanation.I contacted their support, and they claimed they could not disclose the reasons for the rejection, which, frankly, feels very shady. They said they would refund the deposit, but it’s still unclear whether this will actually happen or not. This whole experience feels like a scam, especially since I followed all their guidelines and made a legitimate deposit. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable.I strongly recommend avoiding ExoClick until they provide better customer service and transparency. There are plenty of other networks out there that are more reliable.⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️If you’re facing the same situation – they keep saying they’ll refund you but nothing actually happens – just call your bank and make a chargeback. You’ll get your money back.
My account got suspended without any reason new web site 13 days old and they told me your website froad tarrfic and I told them evidene they don't reply without any reason I have prove in my website does not have any froud tarrfic they are scammer any exoclick staff here to clearpy me ..
