Mixed feelings. While the service does work, it takes a considerable time for the cryptocurrency to be recognized as paid, making it unsuitable for quick results. When I requested a refund, the customer support representative seemed eager to help but may not follow through. I've been trying to resolve an issue for 3 years to recover $6.25. I'm feeling let down. At least it was only $6.

Very Disappointing Experience. I bought a number for verification messages, but none ever arrived. When I sought a refund, the ticket system was down, preventing me from submitting a support request. The chatbot suggested emailing instead, but that email bounced back as undeliverable. I've decided to reach out to my credit card company for a chargeback since the service clearly failed to deliver what was promised and provided no effective support. EDITED: I received the refund the next day after posting this review, so I will give them some credit!
I repeatedly asked a straightforward question: How long are your temporary numbers valid, just a few hours or several days? I need a clear answer, please. But they seem unable or unwilling to respond. Very disappointed, to say the least. I'm moving on since there are plenty of alternatives available.
