I think the manager who i spoke to is so rude. IF YOU ARE BLIND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT THE INSURANCE WONT COVER FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS. (They send in email) which isn’t appropriate for every person especially if you can’t see. This should be CONCLUDED ON THE PHONE when someone is registering their LOVING ANIMAL. They couldn’t cover our pet because it got sick too early she said. QUOTE

Ordered on the 18th November 2025. Item wasn't dispatched within a week, I emailed and have no reply, phone number doesn't work either. Safe to say it's scammers or very bad customer service, either way I cannot recommend. Account submission is also over due for the business on companies house, under the name peak pets ltd.
I ordered crickets and locust for my bearded dragon at 12pm Thursday the 15th of May. It is now 1:25pm on Monday the 19th of May and they still haven’t been dispatched. I have emailed a number of times and have not had a reply. I emailed on Friday and I emailed today and still nothing. I’ve tried calling the number they offer but it does not work, which is very convenient! I would not order from here at all!
I ordered a few hundred pounds worth of lamps on 7th April 2025. Despite them being showing as IN STOCK when I ordered them i got an email shortly after id paid saying they were out of stock and wouldn’t back in stock for a number of weeks. I wasn’t happy about this. If they are out of stock why are you listing them as being in stock? I requested a full refund on 8th April and bought the lamps from Reptilecentre,com, from where they arrived promptly, despite numerous emails and trying a telephone number that doesn’t work I’ve not received a refund for my £300 order. It has now been over THREE weeks. Frankly this is a disgusting way to treat customers, Very disappointed and angryEmma Drysdale
Recently bought my second River Toad from exotic pets. Dealt with via the telephone and email with a wonderful woman called Gemma. The first time i received an animal via courier and I don't think it could of gone any better.Great communication from the exotic pets team.Great communication form the courier.Fast response to emails.Package came with heat matt due to the timemof the tear. Excellent service all round.Will definitely use exotic pets to purchase more toads when they are in stock.
My Trinidad dwarf sling and live food arrived safely and well packed after a short delay due to freezing temperatures which is understandable and in the spiders best interests. Will highly recommend as they do put welfare first. Excellent communication too. Thank you so much exotic pets! Will definitely buy from you again 😊 Jeanette
