We were suddenly hit by what we thought was a minor infestation of bed bugs but which turned out to be more endemic than we had realised. From the first phone call, Craig was receptive, reassuring in his obvious expertise and ready to offer us an early appointment. He and his son arrived on time, brought the promised equipment and deployed a powerful heat treatment for some hours to enormously beneficial effect.We were very struck by his wish to keep us posted throughout the day on his findings and progress. Superb service - completely eradicated the infestation. Unfortunately we were let down by another company who did a heat treatment that completely failed so I was anxious about paying for another treatment, but Craig and his team were excellent and proved that heat treatment actually works. I contacted Craig after our bedbug problem was not resolved with only chemical treatment. We had used a different company and not only did it not work but the problem had gotten worse and spread to all rooms in the house. At first we were apprenhensive as the heat treatment was expensive but following research found that it was likely to be more successful than chemical only treatment. I found Craig's company through Trustpilot and checked out their website and TikTok page. I contacted Craig and his team to book an appointment and before the first appointment I had many questions, Craig provided comprehensive answers to all my questions and reasurances. During my entire interaction with Craig and his team they have been, courteous, kind, respectful and very discreet. The first day they came to treat the house neighbours questioned what they were doing and they kindly informed them that they were drying out damp following a water leak. Due to the level of infestation the problem was not resolved after the first treatment. We have had a futher 2 treats (a mix of heat and chemical) and Craig has confirmed that if the issue is not resolved we have a 6 month guarantee so he will keep coming back for free until the bedbugs have been completely eradicated. We’ve had an amazing experience with Craig and his team from our first contact with him. We’ve had a terrible bed bug infestation for over 2 years and we had little hope it would be resolved after numerous other treatments with other pest control companies. Craig came around this morning to assess and advise on what we thought was an infestation of mites. He was very thorough in his investigation. He looked at all the surfaces, bedding,sofas etc through his portable microscope. He found no evidence . He did not therefore feel it necessary to heat treat the room. Thus saving us the expense of this service. Neither were we charged a call out fee.very impressed with the service. How it Works
Heat Treatment
We use discreet industrial heaters which can be quickly setup for the treatment. The heat treatment acts as a closed system, recycling the heated air inside the building through an intake port, over heating coils and then out into the treatment area.
Each time the air passes through the heater it imparts more energy into the air, producing higher temperatures. Our industrial heaters have thermal regulator switches which allow us to set them to the required temperature.
We can set up the heat treatment area, close the door and regularly check using Wifi heat sensors to monitor the heat levels.
Our heaters provide a 100% kill, 100% of the time. Heat is the most effective insect and bed bug control treatment.
How We Work
Extreme Bed Bug Control
From the initial phone call we need to book a full inspection of your property to ensure we have the required information about your property which will allow us to understand the best way to treat the problem. This also allows us to step through our checklist of recommendations that we can offer you.
If you are happy for us to perform the treatment we will arrange a date and time suitable for us to perform the work.
Treatment can take anything between 4 - 12 hours depending on the property. We recommend that residents do not enter until temperatures have cooled to at least 85°F which we will monitor for you.
We recommend that clients stay out of the property for 24 hours, from start to finish, then return to a fresh insect free home.See more
