This company made a big move from state to state so so so easy!! Brought cubes when specified, brought additional cubes when we needed them. Picked them up and took them to new location for storage. When we finally got to move into our new home, they brought the cubes quickly and picked them up when they were empty. All for a very convenient price! I couldn't be more happy! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful whenever I called. Thank you so so so much!
Reserving a trailer was straightforward. Trailer arrived on time for loading and unloading, however, potential users need to be aware that the ramp provided for loading Cannot be used with your run of the mill furniture dollies. they get stuck in the grid. Ramp is a grid, not a smooth surface as with U-haul or Penske. That said the move went smooth and I would highly recommend using U-pack.
