I received a canvas print. Unfortunately, it made my son look like a girl with makeup. They promised a reprint with a better photo but then went silent. I've not received any updates after they sent a preview of the new print without tracking details. This was a gift for my daughter-in-law, and now it won't arrive on time. If the support team is reading this, please respond. I've sent several emails and received a ticket but no follow-up.
