Guys please don’t purchase from Pepsi lab. They’ve changed the name now to Peptilabau I purchased my products last week. I’ve tried emailing them calling them. The phone is disconnected. They haven’t responded to none of my emails or messages. They’ve taken my money and they are not responding guys. Be aware. Do not purchase from this website. that’s why they changed their website from.com.au to just.com.
Since posting the below review, Peptilab reached out to us and apologised for lack of communication and advised our order had in fact been shipped. We have received out products today and we are glad this was the outcome after such a large purchase. The response and shipping took a little longer than what we were used to but we are happy to have received our products.We purchased 20 bottles across two products as we have used this site multiple times. We have had zero response since placing the order a week ago and have potentially lost $2200. This is bullshit and not happy as the Reta we purchased previously worked
Placed an order didn’t receive a tracking number, I’ve contacted customer service multiple times with no response, I have the bank details to show the payment was received. I’m about to place a dispute with my bank They got back to me a few days ago asking for a bank transfer statement which I sent and haven’t heard from them since.
Got reta from them once before, early June of 2025. It actually worked really well. When I bought it again around Sep. The product was ineffective. I did not feel the reta at all (even high doses). I could have been taking ANYTHING (they just say its reta), or maybe the peptide had DEGRADED, regardless it made me really doubtful. And yeah rip the 200 bucks
