The pricing is excellent, and the delivery was prompt, accompanied by useful installation guides! The product performs well; my initial current draw was 88 amps, which reduced to 19 amps after four starts. The startup noise was significantly lower. Additionally, the support team reached out to me twice to ensure my satisfaction, providing great service!
Although there was a fairly long time between ordering and delivery, the reason was understandable and I was advised about the situation. Despite that, the product is robust and exactly what we needed it to do...move a smaller trailer into a finicky spot. It doesn't take much space to store and really saved a lot of headache. Highly recommend 👌
