I feel profoundly disappointed and distressed by the service received during an already stressful time in my life. Family law issues are highly emotional and critical, and I trusted this firm to guide me through. The representative assigned to my case was unprepared, provided poor advice, and arrived significantly late to court, adding to my anxiety. After the hearing, I've spent weeks trying to get the notes that were supposed to be shared with me, which were included in the fees I paid. My requests have gone unacknowledged. Initially, they were quick to reach out and take my money, but since then, I've heard nothing. In family law, professionalism and reliability are crucial, and this experience lacked those qualities. I strongly recommend others avoid this service.

I had a decent initial call, but after paying for the service to complete a C2 application and write my witness statement, communication dropped off for about two weeks. I received a draft just before the court date, and despite my attempts to provide amendments over the weekend, there were delays, and the final version was submitted too late. I had informed the team about the court date. I feel my payment was taken incorrectly since they didn't deliver in a timely manner.
If possible, I would rate this team 10 stars. They went above and beyond, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail, which significantly eased my anxiety during a stressful court hearing.
