SCAM SCAM SCAM. Indian scam operation. Booked a Southwest flight to Las Vegas at half the price of anywhere else. The terms before I purchased said I had 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. The email they send you AFTER you purchase says NO REFUNDS. The email also says the ticket is "pending" and that I need to contact them. I did, and the Indian call center scammer told me that I would be allowed no bags or personal items. Nothing! Unless, I upgraded to a ticket that was $500 more. I told her how much of a bait and switch scam this was and that I wanted a refund. She said no because the email AFTER purchasing says no refunds. It's absolutely a giant scam and this operation should be stopped. Do NOT even think about it. By the way, it's obvious the only other positive reviews are by these Indian scammers with their broken English and weird sentence structures.

There was confusion with my tickets that were purchased and I worked with Vincent Stone to resolve the problem. He did a great job of walking me through the situation and working hard to get it resolved. He provided some of the best customer service I have received in some time.
Vin Stone did an excellent job with my duplicate flight problem. He went above and beyond handling the situation and keeping me informed of what he was doing when I was on hold. He was able to void both flights and he was giving me other available flight information that I could purchase. He was very patient and thorough. Give this man a raise-he has excellent customer service skills.
I bought a plane ticket for $667 for a round trip. They took the money and then called me to say, "Oh, Delta didn't approve my ticket. Oh, they'll change my ticket but I have to pay another fee." Imagine buying a ticket for $667 and they tell you to change your ticket and you have to pay another fee. They don't want to give you back the money you paid before. Please do not book any airline tickets through fare crown, they are lying so they can take your money. After they have taken the money, they tell you that the ticket is not finalized, but they can change it for you, but you have to pay a fee and they tell you that if you cancel, you will still pay the penalty. It looks like thieves who have banded together to make money. Please do not book tickets with them, even if you saw the $1 ticket on the website, do not do it because they are frauds.
This agency is a scam, they sold me tickets for a flight that was only standby. None of this was listed on website. Then they call you to try and make you purchase upgrades. Everything they offer is way more than actual website prices. No carry-on allowed and couldn't purchase carry-on at airport, couldn't not cancel my tickets, didn't offer insurance. What they show on the website looks like a deal at first till they call you and tell you. You only brought standby tickets. Who wants to buy standby tickets with no carry-on? Get real! Do not purchase from here!
The initial phone conversations while making the reservation seemed a little questionable with all the background voices going on. However Vincent was very patient and helpful to find a flight that worked for me. The longer I spoke with him, the more I trusted him. Today, I initially received someone else’s boarding passes for a different destination. However, Garry sent the correct ones to me and called to confirm that I received them. Although he was helpful, he was not able to process my one checked bag as Vincent had told me could happen. I emailed Vincent and he was able to take care of my checked bag and sent me a new boarding pass. I am all checked in and ready to go. So far so good with GTO !
