Honestly, this chancer & his vile wife really are living on a different planet!.
He literally spits on everything in front of him,its actually repulsive, thank god EHOhave told him hes not allowed to talk over whilst videoing his bakes! He's the laziest grifter on social media who thinks his pathetic bakes are the best & worth every penny...Please do not waste your money, he says his waiting time is 12 weeks!, more like 12 months, forever going to the shops spending money that isnt his,not fulfilling his orders,to busy buying tat & jelly cats for his gunt miserable wife.They both have disgusting attitudes, both cannot bear taking criticism or any form of constructive advise,you dare comment that doesn't fit their narrative then you'll be blocked!. He's constantly begging & demands that his followers like ,share & watch all his crap videos till the end so Facebook pays him,he doesn't give a shite about his followers, you are paying for his sad lifestyle, more fool them,they are all obviously cake peasants who have never had decent cake in their lives & who constantly praise this grifter for churning out crap so called cake.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS VILE PAIR OF SCAMMERS.
Yeah this is not the baker to order from , cheapest ingredients out there , he records himself spitting all over orders with his lisp and finds it funny when he posts the videos doing this , 6
Month waiting list for a bit of cake , mystery boxes are way overpriced for a couple of slices of cake you WILL wait 6 months to get , there are thousands of bakers out there who will take care of you , do not spend money on this dosser to feed his social life
Starts off with a 12 week wait, then becomes 5 months.. Massive difference!
Dry and undercooked bakes, uses cheap ingredients and it shows in the taste.
Takes the mickey out of his customersfor being so gullible waiting for his slop to arrive. Watching his videos made me feel sick when I realised how he speaks about the customers. If he put the same effort into the bakes I'm sure they would be better!
Packaging makes the bakes sweaty and unattractive.
If you complain you're met with abuse, blocked and called a hater. No hater would pay £25 just to hate on someone so incompetent that he's winging it calling himself a baker.
Apparently also had shops which failed miserably, look it up online.
Do not waste your time ordering from here; the experience was incredibly disappointing. My daughter made a purchase, and it turned out to be a waste of money. The cakes were dry and tasted terrible. Look elsewhere if you want delicious cakes.
My sister placed an order months ago, specifically 5 months back. When the items finally arrived, they were quite unpleasant. They were dry and unappetizing. She would have been better off purchasing box mixes from a grocery store and preparing them herself. At least those wouldn't have been made with inferior margarine instead of better quality ingredients. It's best to save your money and look for alternatives.

Bought some bakes from Terry on a whim to see what all the hype was about . ( I actually bake myself but just wanted someone else to do all the hard work for once ) 15 weeks I waited - nothing - contacted Terry by email to be told they’d been delivered . Cakes no where to be seen and Nikita said to take it up with Royal Mail - Royal Mail said to take it up with Terry . Eventually after back and forth emails they decided as a “gesture of goodwill” to send another box . I waited another month and they arrived .
They were in a terrible state . Box was fine but cakes inside were most definately not . It was as if they’d been packed whist still hot . Icing and decoration had melted and slid off . Same with topping on white oatie . The cookie marshmallow thing with pistachio was in the worst state of the lot . Melted chocolate coating and green pistachio filling had oozed out everywhere. Such a horrendous mess and most unappetising . The cookie pie dough wedge was the only item that actually looked edible and to be fair was actually lovely ( all be it a bit sickly 🤢) - just a huge waste of money and time . ) I contacted them again stating I wasn’t happy and they basically said they were sorry about the appearance but were unable to control this and that again it was royal mails problem . Nikita then failed to reply to any further correspondence .
Not the best way to run a business . I feel cheated out of my money 😔
I wish I could rate this lower. I waited over 5 months for 4 cakes, which included 3 cakes and a small cookie. The taste was bland and cheap, and they were very dry and crumbly. They were definitely not large, about the size of my hand and not thick at all. It felt like they might have been made smaller than before. When I tried to address my concerns about the negative reviews, the owner blocked me on social media instead of resolving the issues like a professional. Poor quality, long wait times, and overpriced. The owner seems to prefer blocking customers rather than addressing complaints. Additionally, it appears that the business may have been dissolved.
Do yourself a favour and run in the opposite direction of this business. The owner seems far more committed to curating his social media persona than actually baking anything resembling a timely cake. Yes, he mentions a “12-week wait,” but somehow that magically turns into five months for four cakes. At that point, the cakes should be arriving with a loyalty card and a pension plan. Customers’ money appears to be going everywhere except into fulfilling orders — funding a lifestyle instead of a bakery, perhaps. And as a bonus feature (free of charge), watching him bake feels less like a cooking show and more like a splash zone at SeaWorld. If you enjoy cakes with an added misting of… enthusiasm, you might be in luck. ll jokes aside, this whole operation feels less like a business and more like a long-running practical joke, except the customers are the punchline. Proceed with extreme caution, or better yet, don’t proceed at all. Oh and he mistreats animals
This establishment is a nightmare if you're looking for timely service and quality products. Expect to wait an eternity for dry, overpriced, subpar "cakes". It's astonishing how unappetizing they turn out, despite the effort put into them. By the time your order is finally processed, you'll have spent your money elsewhere on other indulgences. In short, steer clear unless you want to support a business that seems to prioritize everything but customer satisfaction.
