Staff Training Needed

We had pre-booked a table for our party with specific needs but were made to feel unwelcome upon arrival. No table was reserved, and our allergy notes were ignored. While the food options were plentiful, the quality was inconsistent. Staff training and better customer care are clearly needed.

Delicious Food and Great Atmosphere

We had a fantastic time at the Christmas-themed venue. The carvery was satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable. A staff member even helped us move to a nicer table by the fireplace. We can't wait to return!

My food was served cold, and when I raised my concerns, I didn’t feel they were taken seriously. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, only one was satisfactory. I hope for improvements in food quality.

I was appalled by the treatment received during my visit. Staff were rude, and the food quality was unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, I was met with indifference. I cannot recommend this place unless significant changes are made.
