The customer service is absolutely lacking! I ordered a set to arrive before my holiday, but after returning it, the package still hadn’t been posted. I reached out for information or a refund but received no response. Even after multiple follow-ups over weeks, I got zero assistance. I wanted a refund, but they keep refusing. This company clearly does not value its customers, only their profits.
The customer service was horrendous. After the estimated delivery time passed, I emailed because the tracking showed no movement. I only received automated replies instead of real help. The item I needed for my wedding was missed, and then it arrived while I was away on my honeymoon. I've been trying to get a refund since I no longer need the item, but I've had no communication from them. What was supposed to take 10 days took 23.
I ordered items worth nearly £90, but they were worth much less. When I requested a return, they asked me to cut them up and provide photo proof, which I did. However, instead of a refund to my original payment method, I received a gift card. Since I was unhappy with the items, I have no intention of using it. I'm still waiting for my money back and will update if it happens.
This company operates as dropshippers. My order came from overseas with a cheap label attached. The price I paid was far too high for the quality received. You also can't return items for a refund. I regret not trusting my instincts and ordering from them.
