Booking was smooth- unfortunately this is as far as it went. I'll caveat that I've received a full refund, but the bus was cancelled the day before the event and an unsuitable alternative offered- leaving me in a stressful situation, having paid the full fee. When I declined this offer, the handling of it was unprofessional- with mixed communication throughout. Having escalated the situation, it was sorted quickly but required me following up several times and getting lawyer's recommendations.
Excellent, patient and friendly service. However, check which company you are actually booking before confirming. It wasn’t easily available information until after booking and payment. Was confused and ultimately disappointed that it was not the company I wanted and expected.
