Lousy return policy! Terrible communication! Threatening a high shipping cost if I returned their product - because they don’t take returns in the continental US. Offered me $7 reduction of $56 cost and I could keep the lousy tee shirts they sent.
I ordered a urn on Amazon for a loved one's ashes the name wasn't on the urn, nor was the dates! The picture looked like a three year old glued or taped it on it was NOT engraved!!!! This so calked store is a friggin scam and they say no returns because they know they are nothing but SCAMMERS! Amazon is issuing my refund, if not I Idefinitely will be canceling my entire Amazon account!!!!!! This company is in another country as well, the tracking showed it coming from here Xiamen,Fujian CN and it went thru customs but the return address is a fake US address!!!!!
I never received my shipment. They kept my money. They keep giving me tracking numbers that don't exist. They say they used USPS but the numbers are not USPS numbers. They don't even sign emails with a name or business number so they can be reached. They just sign the Service Team. I have been scammed and ripped off. I want the word to get out there, especially on FaceBook before others get violated.
I would give them 0 stars - this is a sham. They are not associated with the National Park service, the clothing is from China. The clothing did not fit, but they will not honor a return policy. The return address on the package says Sherry Flumerfelt and an address in Philadelphia, but I don't know if that person is real. Don't buy from them.
I waited 2 whole weeks for these leggings to show up and let me tell ya they were totally cute and comfy when finally arrived. Would def recommend if youre lookin for style mixed with comfort. Colors pop real nice plus fabric feels lightweight enough to sport casually.
Their clothes are junk. I bought two shirts, same style, one size XL and the other size XXL. The XXL is smaller than the XL. One shirt had buttons on the left, the other had buttons on the right. Overall quality was low, like something you'd buy from a street vendor.Also, both times the credit card charge was about $10 more than the total purchase price.
I ordered from Soutfits ( or Flyub Wideuh Co. Ltd) and received a package with an item I would have never ordered. I tried several times to reach the company at the email contacts they provided and all come back as “undeliverable “. I got PayPal involved and they said they are closing the case because I received the package. I did, BUT IT IS THE WRONG ORDER. I do not understand how hard it is to send the correct order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AND, PAYPAL is no help whatsoever.
This company is a sham. They imply a relationship with the US National Parks, yet there is none and sales do not benefit NPS in any way. Then they tried charging a sales tax in a state without one. THEN THE MOST EGREGIOUS: they illegally fail to disclose the garment's fiber content, washing instructions or country of origin. Repeated communications fail to address this. They state in their ads that the clothing is "cotton blends" but feels suspiciously like cheap polyester. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
