Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a coat from them 2 months ago, it shipped it in December and was supposed to arrive Dec 27th. It is February 25 and I have still not received it. I could track it up until Mid January and now it no longer allows me to track it. I have written multiple emails asking for a refund and their response is always that they are working on tracking it and appreciate my patience. This is a fraudulent company...STAY AWAY FROM IT.

They don't allow you to leave a review on the site, and for good reason. Wish I had looked up the company beforehand. Ordered urban style jeans, didn't look anything like the picture, and it came a month after I had ordered it. It was $60, yet the material was cheap, most likely drop shipped from some random place in China.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.ALL RETURNS ARE TO CHINA AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. I bought £30 boots that were supposed to be a size 7, they were more like a 5, cannot return them unless I pay £26 to send with royal mail. I have asked for a returns label which will not be supplied. I have been offered 70% of another purchase to keep the boots - what a joke.
Concur with the reviews which I wish I’d read prior to ordering.Ordered a “cashmere” jumper - nothing like cashmere, nor the picture. No label and so small would prob fit a small child. As with others they said I could return - to China but likely cost of £50.I went through my credit card company and successfully got a credit. This company should be investigated by Trade Descriptions.
After over 3 weeks, received a $65 sweater we ordered but it did not come from the UK it came from China. The sweater came with no tags on the inside or outside which tells me it was used not new. Smelled horrible and came wrinkled in a ball in an envelope. I would leave zero stars if I could. Will never order from them again.
