My dress was never delivered they said it was. I asked for proof and they can't. They stole money, lied, scammed. Refuse to do anything about it. Ive been fighting for months about getting what I bought. They don't care about customers as long as they get money they don't care if you don't get the product
This is an utter scam site ordered ski suites from them they sent me Lycra printed thin material suites that were huge in size. Absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. This company is operating under new site called candancesale.comI originally searched for that site and nothing came up! But the domain for that site was only couple of months old. The original scam shop operates under Bertlove.shop! DONT NOT FALL FOR EITHER OF THESE SITES. I’ve written to request a refund but I doubt I will get anything. I’m therefore raising it with my credit card company too.
The items I ordered and received are not as described and advertised, nor to the size as ordered, not the correct material as they are not leather, you can see through the material, and they are basically just printed on cheap material. The items would barely fit a young child considering the order was xxxl. This firm is acting illegally and should be closed down. They are a scam. No refund yet.
The item that I received does not represent what I ordered and the size is nowhere near. I ordered a 5XL to ensure it would fit but the item is only a medium at best. Also I have waited over a month for delivery.Please advise how I can receive a repayment.
I wish I saw the reviews prior to making a big order of 15 items... It's a scam.They don't answer email. It takes a month to receive your order. They know that what they're selling is not what you get.I can’t believe how crappy are the things I have received; a big joke that is not remotely anything like what is presented… It’s ridiculous. Less quality than halloween costumes to give an idea. I assumed there would be SOME THINGS "printed" instead of like the images because I read the fine print but even their size charts that I studied is wrong.I usually wear somewhere between XL and 2XL so most of the items I got in the 5XL size to be safe and it would be like a SMALL or MEDIUM not to mention looking like nothing it's supposed to be. A total ripoff!!!For cheaper than the amount of money I lost on this transaction, I could have bought a ticket to China directly and let them know they suck.Like the other guy said: take the losses and move on.
