The pendant took longer to arrive than expected, but was so pleased when it did. The tree of life pendant is gorgeous and beautifully etched into solid 24k gold. Will do business with them again if I’m ever in the market for fine gold jewelry. Thank you!
The final design of the product did not come out as desired. Considering the price paid better customer satisfaction was warranted. The computer aided design that was provided for approval did not accurately reflect the actual end product.A closer interaction between the buyer and the jeweler would have avoided this. The ring also turned out to be a size too large, and use of a ring sizing tool provided by the jeweler may have helped with avoiding this problem. Overall, I feel Kuvera is trying to provide a high quality product at a reasonable price, and purchase of a piece of jewelry from their established catalogue is recommended over attempting a custom design such as mine.
