They are on point like a bbq joint. The CSR Rep. I had did a great job of answering my questions and/or collaborating with his teammates to get me the answers I needed. Even when they didn’t provide a service, they were very professional about things. The only downside for me personally is.... You can’t pick if the fax number shown on the documents is gonna be from your country or not. (Fax # shown is Australian). Not a big deal at all unless you have a case like mine where you need it to show from your home country. Also, you get 10mb of upload space for faxing but if you use 9mb it won’t fax. You have to use 6mb or less so, while this is great for them, it’s terrible for the customer trying to save money or who really wants to fax all their documents at one time. The storage should be much bigger to accommodate up to 10/20 pages IMHO—
