I absolutely love the club

I absolutely love the club! Honestly, I’m surprised because I’ve never considered myself a challenge coin kind of person. But ever since I started receiving the coins and patches, I find myself genuinely excited for each new one that comes in!

This “club” is a cool idea

This “club” is a cool idea. Feel like it could be excited way better. I’ve tried emailing for support and never received a response. I’ve given it this next go around before I cancel my subscription. I really want to love this but $30 a month for the amount of inconsistency has turned me off.

An excellent service

The combination of the coin and patch from a different department each month makes collecting a joy! Also, the correspondence each month, in regards to my account, is exemplary. Knowing when my items are shipped each month or knowing if there is a delay in shipping is tremendous customer service.

Good variety

From the moment I receive the “Your Order is on Its Way!” email to the excitement of unboxing the package, I eagerly anticipate which department will be featured each month.
